Changing your subscription settings is easy! Log in or create a new account with our “My Account” feature at https://levelfoods.com/account/. If you haven't created an account as a NEW USER this is your first step. Your user account allows you to edit your personal info, cancel your subscription, change your shipment frequency, or change the products and quantities you are subscribed to. Yeup! You have the ability to skip a month or change your frequency to 2, 4, or 6 weeks.

You sure can! Our "My Account" feature allows you to manually cancel your subscription whenever you want. Hassle free.

At this time, our bars are not certified organic.

Because our ingredients include egg whites and bovine collagen peptides, our bars are not vegan.

They sure are! 

Level bar uses ingredients that are certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization.

They sure are! We are certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union.

Our bars taste best when kept at room temperature between 68-77 degrees Fahrenheit. Since we don’t require refrigeration, our bars are considered a shelf-stable product. It is always best to check the Best By Date printed on each wrapper.

We ship in-stock orders Monday-Friday. Once your package has shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 7-10 business days.

We currently only ship to residence within the United States.

We do not accept returns. If you have a quality assurance issue or defect in the product, please reach out to our customer support team at Support@levelfoods.com.
