We understand buying clothes on the internet is difficult; generally, our apparel fits true to size. You can also find a sizing guide for each item on our product pages.

While each of our products are unique, please refer to the item’s interior tag or product page for washing instructions.

Nope! All of our garments are pre-washed and optimized for the perfect fit for every wear.

As soon as your apparel is packed with love and sent off, you will receive an email with tracking information.

At this time, we currently ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military bases. We have big dreams of shipping internationally so check back in!

Yes, our return process is simple. All you need to do is email us at support@levelfoods.com within 30 days of your order and provide the following information:

Due to the limited quantities of our apparel collections, we cannot guarantee we will have all sizes available for an exchange. Please emailsupport@levelfoods.comfor more information on how to process a return and head to our website to replace your product. 

Once your return is approved, you will be prompted with instructions on how to process your return within 48 hours. Once we receive your returned product, your refund will be processed immediately.
